Underground Chinese Hip-Hop Featured in New York Times

However, b-boys from other countries are usually quick to wonder why the Chinese have yet to “catch up” to neighboring b-boys from Korean and Japan.
Though it deals mainly with hip-hop music, this article from the New York Times does a pretty good job of revealing and explaining the unique culture and climate within which the Chinese underground hip-hop community is attempting to bloom.
