Hey everyone, sorry for the delay between postings. I am traveling through Japan right now, and Internet access has been tougher to get than I anticipated. Anyway, hopefully this post will make up for it.

DJ Woodo is a break DJ that we haven’t heard from in a while, but around 2004-2005, he was busy putting out plenty of dope mixtapes that brought b-boying back to its funk roots. His Web site is still up, and his mixtapes are still available for free download. They range from hour-long mixes to five-minute mini-mixes called Battle Tactics, which feature b-boys and b-girls from around the world speaking about their strategies for training and battling while Woodo spins some fresh funk in the background. Make sure to check these out, and let’s all hope we start hearing more from DJ Woodo.
