It never fails: you find a completely mind-blowing b-boy/b-girl clip online, but as soon as you call over your friends to show them, the wireless cuts out.

Saving YouTube and other streaming video is nothing new, but I recently stumbled upon one that stuck out from the rest. Why? Because it doesn’t suck, and it works.

Check out vixy.net to save your favorite clips (I’m not making any money from this, I promise). It works for both PCs and Macs, and there’s even an option where you can rip just the audio from a clip as an MP3.

And because this Japanese site is all about being able to download stuff, there’s a beta version of an application you can save to your computer that worked really well for me.
