Poe One isn’t known for being stingy with his knowledge, as you can see in our interview with him here. He’s well known for his workshops and general teacher-ish demeanor, and it’s on full display in the above clip. In these two clips, he and Kid David drop some really useful knowledge on how to be precise and get into your moves to ensure optimum beat rocking.
The clips are from 2009’s BBoy Bootcamp in New Zealand Australia. Apparently, it’s a four-day camp where participants get the chance to squeeze as much knowledge as they can out of people like Poe One, Kid David and King So. And as you can see on the highlight clip after the jump, it also includes things like harassing cows and a pool party. It’s happening again this April, and I really wish I could be there.
